Принципы основаны на международных и региональных правовых нормах, относящихся к защите прав человека, развивающейся правоприменительной практике государств (в том числе на решениях национальных судов) и на общих принципах права, признанных содружеством государств. Автор рассматривает заявленную проблематику через наднациональное пространство ЕАЭС.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The norms and standards of international law and national law still do not have harmonized approaches in the practice of law enforcement. The author used The Johannesburg Principles on National Security, Freedom of Expression and Access to Information, Freedom of Expression and Access to Information as the main document for analysis.
