Данные методы имеют высокий потенциал применения как в развивающихся странах, так и в странах с переходной экономикой, в том числе в странах ЕАЭС. До сих пор проведено небольшое количество эмпирических работ, посвященных внедрению бережливого производства в России, и данная статья частично восполняет этот пробел.</p><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Основная цель статьи — проанализировать распространение методов бережливого производства, определить наиболее часто используемые практики, выявить отраслевую принадлежность компаний и выявить проблемы и препятствия при внедрении методов бережливого производства.</p></sec><sec><title>Задачи</title><p>Задачи. Для достижения цели было проведено описательное эмпирическое исследование, основанное на открытых вторичных источниках.</p></sec><sec><title>Методология</title><p>Методология. Были собраны данные о проектах внедрения методов бережливого производства в 201 компании, принадлежащих различных отраслям. Данные были обработаны, закодированы и проанализированы.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Среди результатов исследования мы выявили, что 5S и VSM были наиболее внедряющими практиками, большинство компаний одновременно практиковали от трех до семи методов бережливого производства. Низкая вовлеченность персонала, неблагоприятная организационная культура и проблемы масштабирования пилотных проектов — наиболее частые проблемы при внедрении методов бережливого производства.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Внедрение методов бережливого производства остается одним из основных направлений совершенствования производственных процессов и повышения производительности труда на российских предприятиях. Исследование имеет ограничения, характерные для работ, основанных на вторичных источниках.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Implementation  of  lean manufacturing  methods is  widespread  globally. These methods have demonstrated high potential of implementation and gained popularity in many developed, developing and transition economies. Despite the popularity, so far there are few empirical research devoted to the implementation of lean manufacturing in Russia, and this paper partially fills this gap.</p><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. The main purpose of the paper is to analyze the spread of lean manufacturing methods, find out the most frequently used practices, describe the industry affiliation of companies and identify problems and obstacles in the implementation of lean manufacturing methods and techniques.</p></sec><sec><title>Tasks</title><p>Tasks. To achieve the objectives, the quantitative empirical study was conducted on the base of open secondary sources.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. The information about the lean projects of 201 companies of different industries was gathered. The data was processed, coded and analyzed.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Among findings, we identified that 5S and VSM were the most implementing practices, most of the companies were practicing 3 to 7 lean practices at the same time. Low employee engagement, unfavorable organizational culture and problems of scaling the pilot projects are the most frequent problems in implementing of lean practices.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. The introduction of lean manufacturing methods remains one of the main direction of production processes improving and labor productivity increasing on Russian enterprises.
