Целью настоящей статьи является рассмотрение ключевых особенностей и концептуальных предпосылок формирования перспективной модели политических отношений в Евразии, способной сложиться на уровне региональных цивилизаций. Авторы анализируют структурные ориентиры новой евразийской архитектуры, опираясь на исторический опыт Венского и Ялтинско-Потсдамского порядков. Особое внимание уделяется вопросам коллективной безопасности, механизмам противодействия гегемонии, а также роли мотивов правления и ценностно-смысловых (цивилизационных) факторов в международно-политических отношениях на евразийском континенте. Методология . Методологическую основу исследования составляют системно-исторический метод и цивилизационный подход в политической науке. Исследуются принципы построения архитектуры безопасности на основе прозрачного взаимодействия без доминирования отдельных держав, а также факторы, определяющие намерения и потенциалы субъектов политики. Результаты исследования состоят в выявлении ключевых структурных ориентиров, ценностно-смысловых (цивилизационных) аспектов и субъективных факторов становления будущей системы политических взаимоотношений на евразийском континенте. Выводы сводятся к тому, что качество и характер взаимоотношений субъектов политики в Евразии, содержание их мироустроительных проектов и долговечность нового континентального «концерта» будут определяться готовностью и способностью евразийских народов и их правящих элит менять свое поле нравственно приемлемого и ментально помышляемого к лучшему с опорой как на классические западные, так и преимущественно на собственные политико-философские системы (включая историю и теорию международных отношений в незападном мире).

Aim. This article aims to examine the key features and conceptual premises of shaping a promising model of political relations in Eurasia, which can be established at the level of regional civilisations. The authors analyze the structural guidelines of the new Eurasian architecture, drawing on the historical experience of the Vienna and Yalta-Potsdam orders. Special attention is paid to the issues of collective security, the mechanisms of countering hegemony, as well as the role of governance motives, valueand sensebased (civilisational) factors in international political relations on the Eurasian continent. Methods. The study is based on the systems history method and civilisational approach in political science. It explores the principles of building up a security architecture based on transparent cooperation without the dominance of individual powers, as well as the factors that determine the intentions and potentials of political actors. Results. The study has resulted in identifying the key structural guidelines, valueand sense-based (civilisational) aspects and subjective factors of shaping the future system of political relations on the Eurasian continent. Conclusions. The conclusions suggest that the quality and nature of the relationships between political actors in Eurasia, the content of their world-shaping projects, and the longevity of the new continental “concert” will be determined by the willingness and ability of the Eurasian peoples and their ruling elites to change their moral and mental landscape for the better, drawing on both classical Western and predominantly their own political and philosophical systems (including the history and theory of international relations in the non-Western world).
