В статье представлен анализ работы И. И. Лукашука «Внешняя политика России и международное право», посвященной проблемам становления внешней политики Российской Федерации; выделяются основные идеи в отношении направления внешнеполитического курса России, зарождения нового миропорядка, возрастания роли международного права, а также значения формального закрепления места международного права в правовой системе России. В статье рассматривается актуальность и значение идей и взглядов И. И. Лукашука в современное время, когда уже имеется возможность оценивать результаты его прогнозов. Отмечается значение данной работы для студентов — будущих специалистов в области международных отношений.
The article is based on the research of Igor Iv. Lukashuk “Foreign policy of Russiaand international law” devoted to the development of Russian Federation’s foreign policy. This article includes the analysis of Lukashuk’s work, his mains ideas on the direction of Russia’s foreign policy and on the establishment of a new world order, on the growing importance of international law and on the formal enshrinement of international law in the legal system of Russian Federation. This article is concentrated on the relevance and significance of Lukashuk’s ideas today when we have a chance to assess the validity of his projects. It also stresses the importance of his research for the future specialists in the field of international relations.
