В статье прослеживается эволюция отношений Российской Федерации и Республики Корея с начала 1990-х гг. и до наших дней. Характеризуется личный вклад президентов России В. В. Путина и Д. А. Медведева, президентов Южной Кореи Ким Ен Сама, Ким Дэч Жуна, Но Му Хёна, Ли Мён Бака, Пак Кын Хе в развитие всесторонних связей между двумя странами. Рассматриваются возможности совместного участия Российской Федерации и Республики Корея в интеграционных процессах Восточной Азии и евразийского пространства.
The author regards the evolution of relations between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Korea since the early 1990s to the present days. Personal contribution of Russian Presidents V. Putin and D. Medvedev, the ROK Presidents Kim Young-sam, Kim Dae-jung, Rho Moo-hyun, Lee Myung-bak, Park Geun-hye to the development of comprehensive relations between the two countries is characterized. The article evaluates on the possibilities of participation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Korea in integration in East Asia and Eurasia.
