В рецензируемой монографии рассматривается одна из актуальнейших юридических проблем - взаимосвязь правовой политики и культуры, коллизии между которыми сегодня, в эпоху глобализации, усилились. В рецензии анализируются позиции и идеи автора, касающиеся отдельных моделей взаимосвязи правовой политики и культуры и их законодательного воплощения как на международно-правовом уровне, так и на уровне национальных, внутригосударственных правовых систем. Оцениваются научно-методологические, теоретико-правовые и учебно-методические качества монографии.
In the reviewed monograph one of the most urgent legal problems - interrelation between the policy of law and culture the collision of which today, during a globalization era, amplified is considered. In the review position and the ideas of the author concerning separate models of interrelation of policy of law and culture and their legislative embodiment both at the international legal level and at the level of national, interstate systems of law are analyzed. Scientific and methodological, theoretical-legal and educational-methodical qualities of the monograph are estimated.
