Актуальность темы обусловлена тем, что морские перевозки являются одним из древнейших видов транспортировки товаров и людей, которые не потеряли свою актуальность в XXI в., но и в настоящее время данной отрасли уделяется особое внимание. Морской транспорт занимает важное место в реализации торговых и экономических отношений. Авторами рассматривается историческое развитие морской отрасли права во все периоды существования греческого государства. Дополнительно акцентируется внимание на цифровые технологии, которые начинают разрабатываться в транспортной и морской отрасли и логистическом секторе , что характерно для торговли и перевозок в Греции. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The current article is devoted to the study of the legal nature of maritime logistics in the modern Greek Republic under the conditions of the digital revolution and economic integration. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that shipping is one of the oldest types of transportation of goods and people, which still haven't lost their relevance in the XXI century, and currently this industry has received special attention. Maritime transport occupies an important place in the implementation of trade and economic relations. The branch of the law of the sea has repeatedly become the object of scientific research. The main function of transport is to provide services to the client through the use of the vehicle. The authors consider the historical development of the maritime branch of law in all the existence of the Greek state.
