Author Guidelines

1. Manuscript requirements

1.1. The authors should provide reliable results of the work done as well as an objective discussion of the significance of the study. The data underlying the work must be presented correctly. The work should contain enough details and bibliographic references for possible reproduction. Fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate statements constitute unethical behavior and are unacceptable.

1.2. Review and professional publication articles should also be accurate and objective, and Editorial 'opinion' works should be clearly identified.

2. Data access and storage

Authors may be requested to provide raw data relevant to the manuscript for review by Editors. Authors should be prepared to provide open access to this type of information (according to ALPSP-STM StatementonDataandDatabases), if feasible, and in any case be prepared to retain this data for an adequate period of time after publication.

3. Originality and plagiarism

3.1. Authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works, and in the case of use of works or statements of other Authors should provide appropriate references or extracts.

3.2. Plagiarism can exist in many forms, from the presentation of someone else's work as the author to copy or paraphrase essential parts of someone else's work (without attribution) and to the statement of their own rights to the results of someone else's research. Plagiarism in all its forms is unethical and unacceptable.

4. Multiple, redundant or concurrent publication

4.1 In General, an Author should not publish a manuscript, mostly devoted to the same research, in more than one journal as an original publication. Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal at the same time is considered unethical and unacceptable.

4.2. In General, the Author should not submit a previously published article for consideration in another journal.

4.3. The publication of certain types of articles (e.g., clinical guidelines, translated articles) in more than one journal is in some cases ethical under certain conditions. The authors and Editors of the journals concerned must agree to the secondary publication, necessarily represents the same data and interpretation as the primary document.

The bibliography of the primary work should be presented in the second publication. More information about the acceptable forms of secondary (re -) publications can be found on the page www.icmje.org

5. Recognition of primary sources

Always recognize the contributions of others. the Authors should cite publications that have meaning to complete this work. Data obtained privately, such as during a conversation, correspondence or discussion with third parties, should not be used or submitted without the Express written permission of the original source. Information obtained from confidential sources, such as manuscript evaluation or grants, should not be used without the Express written permission of the Authors of the work relating to confidential sources.

6. Authorship of publication

6.1. The authors of the publication can only be persons who have made a significant contribution to the formation of the idea of the work, the development, execution or interpretation of the presented study. All those who have made significant contributions should be identified as co-Authors. In cases where research participants have made a significant contribution in a particular area of the research project, they should be listed as persons who have made a significant contribution to the study.

6.2. The author should make sure that all participants who made a significant contribution to the study are represented as co-Authors and those who did not participate in the study are not listed as co-Authors, that all co-Authors saw and approved the final version of the work and agreed to submit it for publication.

7. Significant errors in published works

In case the Author finds significant errors or inaccuracies in the publication, the Author should inform the Editor of the journal "EURASIAN INTEGRATION: Economics, law, policy" and interact with the Editor in order to remove the publication or correct errors as soon as possible. If the Editor or the Publisher has received information from a third party that a published work contains a significant error, the Author is obliged to remove the work or to correct errors in the shortest possible time.

Guidelines for the authors of articles accepted for consideration by the editors of the international scientific and analytical journal “EURASIAN INTEGRATION: ECONOMY, LAW, POLITICS” 

1. The author(s) present(s) to editorial office the electronic version of the article in the Microsoft Word format. The volume of articles submitted for the publication should be not less than 16 000 characters and not more than 40 000 including spaces. All materials are checked by the Anti-Plagiarism system. The article should not be published or pending in other journals.

2. Each article should contain the following information about the author (s) (in Russian and English): last name, first name, middle name in full; place of work (the official name of the organization in Russian and English, city, country); position; academic degree; academic rank; E-mail address.

3. The manuscript of the article should contain abstracts in Russian and English.

Articles without abstracts are not considered.

The abstract should not contain references and abbreviations. The volume is limited by 250-300 words. Required to specify: Purpose, Methods, Results, Conclusions (1-2 sentences for each item).

4. The manuscript must contain keywords in Russian and English. Keywords can be from 4 to 7, usually — 5–6 words. Terms phrases are considered as one keyword. It is desirable to avoid compound keywords. It isn't recommended to include the words which are contained in names of article in structure of keywords.

5. Abbreviations are required to be deciphered at their first use (in brackets in the text or under the text as a footnote).

6. The list of references at the end of the article is given in alphabetical order. In the case when the English-language work is cited, it is obligatory to refer to the original, and not to the Russian-language translation. The text refers in square brackets, for example [7, p. 625].

7. References to the official sites, legal and acts, archival materials, textbooks/manuals, dictionaries and newspaper articles are given page by page (in footnotes) and not taken out in the list of references placed at the end of article.

8. Materials may contain the tables and black-and-white schemes executed in the editor of Word (for Windows). Application of objects of Word Art in schemes isn't recommended. All pictures, charts and schemes included in the text of article in the electronic version have to be submitted by also separate files in those formats in which they have been made (objects have to give the chance of editing). Each table and picture should be supplied with the serial number and the heading/signature duplicated into English. All columns in tables also have to be named.

Formulas have to be gathered in the editor of Microsoft Equation where their set is more correct; a set of formulas in MathType …Equation is also possible .

If you gather a formula, gather it completely, it isn't necessary to leave one symbol and an equal-sign text set, and then to pass in the formula editor.

It is desirable to gather simple lower case formulas from the keyboard, without using the formula editor.

9. The text of the article should be submitted in MS Word format (.doc or .docx) in the standard Times New Roman font (14 pt.) With a line spacing of 1.5.

10. Schemes, tables, diagrams, maps and any graphic objects must contain the source of origin (indicated in brackets in the text or under the text as a footnote). If this is an author’s development, it is also required to indicate a link to the author’s work using one of the above methods.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The manuscripts are accepted if has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.

  2. The materials should be prepared in a format OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or World Perfect.

  3. Internet links are provided as a complete URL. 

  4. Text should be typed with an interval of one and a half line spacing, font Times New Roman, 14 pt; to highlight the accents it is recommended to use italics rather than underlining (except Internet links). All images, graphics and tables are placed within the text according to the meaning of the particular part of text  (and not at the end of the document).

  5. Text should follow the stylistic and bibliography requirements as stated in  Regulations  located in the Part "About Us." 

  6. Please, remove the authors' names from the title of the article and other parts of the document to ensure the  anonymity of reviewing.
