Abstract
The article deals with the problems of Eurasian integration. The author sets out the priority areas of cooperation of the EEU Countries and the development prospects of this integration association. The article analyzes the economic situation in the EEU countries, and concludes with the need to strengthen the integration processes within the EEU, creating a deeper and larger domestic market. In particular, the top priority of the interaction of the EEU countries is to create the single financial market. Amid the financial crisis and restricted access to external financing sources the functioning of the single financial services market will be a powerful impulse for the economic growth of the EEU.

Abstract
Innovations in management of social initiatives are the important direction of companies’ innovative management. The methods of working out and implementing the social initiatives while being of prime practical interest are hardly familiar to Russian business. This paper describes the factors which have negative impact on the quality of these programmes and deals with the technologies of the choice of innovation directions. May visit of Xi Jinping to Kazakhstan; Russia and Belarus has been associated with the implementation of different interests of the elites of these countries. Russia and Belarus have acute interest in the development of relations with China because of economic and financial problems strengthened against the background of Ukrainian crisis; Kazakhstan’s position is more favorable. At the same time different interests of the elites of the three countries that were attended by Xi Jinping, will not prevent China from implementing the strategy outlined in the framework of the economic belt of the Silk Road.

Abstract
The author regards the evolution of relations between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Korea since the early 1990s to the present days. Personal contribution of Russian Presidents V. Abstract
The article notes a special position of Saint-Petersburg among the other Russian cities on the level of involvement into international organizations activities. It is proved that St. Petersburg can be described as a city with an international status, which is actively involved in the integration processes as at the level of cross-border cooperation, as well as at trans-regional level. The author gives an example of a partnership with Minsk (Belarus), Yerevan (Armenia), Astana (Kazakhstan) and others. It is noted that St. Petersburg was the first subject of the Russian Federation to the “diagonal” cooperation agreements, i. e., agreements in the form of “subject of Russian Federation - a foreign country”.

Abstract
The article presents an analysis of several tasks of the system of civil service personnel training the Russian Federation. The author points out that the training of highly skilled administrative personnel is the essential part of the reforming of Russian economic system, its diversification and improving its competitiveness. The central role in these processes belongs to the higher education system. The main trend in the modern development of higher education is its internationalization and integration. In this connection, a prominent example in internationalization of study process, mainly - on the Eurasian field, is presented by the North-West Institute of Management of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA).
