Abstract
This article analyzes the principles of integration law. The principle of mutual recognition is considered as a special principle of integration associations, which is the structure-forming basis of the integration law, forms and defines directions of legal harmonization. Formation of the mutual recognition principle testifies that integration law is a quite effective regulator of integration relations between states and allows to achieve that goals which participants set them selves, creating a single space.

Abstract
The paper deals with the information on current inter-university associations, the principles of their organization and functioning. The typology of university associations according to the purposes of creation was designed. The types included associations to enhance regional integration in the field of education; associations to improve the quality of education in a particular subject area; association for joint lobbying before the challenges of today’s globalized world; association for the development of educational and research activities in a particular subject area; association for the establishment and promotion of joint educational programs on the network principle; association for the development of inter-university mobility of students and teachers. In conclusion, the role of such structures in the development of inter-university relations was formulated.

Abstract
The article refers to the review and analysis of Russia’s relations with Central and East Asian countries, special attention is paid to understanding the prospects of future cooperation, especially in economic and military-strategic areas. Thus, the Russian economic cooperation in the oil and energy trade with the countries of East Asia and the Far Eurasian economic integration with the countries of Central Asia form a positive economic «climate» between the regions, as well as provide stability and prospects of cooperation. However cooperation and interaction generates not only incentives for the development, but also evoke some problems and challenges, which will be mentioned in this article.
