Abstract
The norms and standards of international law and national law still do not have harmonized approaches in the practice of law enforcement. The author used The Johannesburg Principles on National Security, Freedom of Expression and Access to Information, Freedom of Expression and Access to Information as the main document for analysis. The Principles are based on international and regional law and standards relating to the protection of human rights, evolving state practice (as reflected, inter alia, in judgments of national courts), and the general principles of law recognized by the community of nations.

The article deals with legal issues related to the use of armed force in international relations, examines modern doctrines of the use of force, studies the legal aspects of interference in the internal affairs of the state, the problems of the correlation of the principles of international law. Abstract
Spitsbergen (Svalbard) - polar archipelago located in the Arctic Ocean. The Svalbard Treaty was signed in 1920, granting full sovereignty to Norway. But despite the fact that the question of the legal status of Spitsbergen resolved, there still controversy about the sensible features and conditions of this sovereignty. In this article, a special place is given to the status of the waters around Svalbard. As for the Russian fisheries in the Barents and Norwegian Seas, including sea area of Svalbard, it has important historical significance, as well as being important in terms of production of living resources. However, after the establishment of Norway's 200-mile fisheries protection zone around Svalbard other countries emerged some difficulties in the public domain in the maritime spaces around the archipelago. This article is devoted to the development problems of interpretation of the provisions of the Svalbard Treaty of Paris in 1920.

Abstract
The paper considers main peculiarities of right-extremism and its growth in some states of the European Union. Right-extremism is a threat to the European stability and integration. Failures in the integration of immigrants, the growth of xenophobia and intolerance among local and immigrant communities cause their mutual radicalization. Nevertheless, the experience of some European countries demonstrates the lack of the population's long-term support of extremist campaigns against European integration.

Abstract
The article is devoted to judgment of the concept “religious extremism”, its diffusion in the Former Soviet Union, to implication forms and references on counteraction. Religious extremism is the difficult social phenomenon, which affects the political, legal and moral sphere. Based on the analysis of modern publications and actual data, the author shows that successful preventive activities for counteraction to religious extremism in the Former Soviet Union require a combination of legislative and technical restrictions of extremist orientation information dissemination.
